PALMWOODS Real Estate has amalgamated with Whittington Real Estate to bring together an exciting and experienced sales team.

The team will operate under the banner of Palmwoods Real Estate, and has designed a fresh new logo to celebrate.

The team has also moved to professional new premises, in the former ANZ bank office in Main Street.

The new team includes local residents Tony Whittington, Jim Gilson, Erica Pagett and Marcus Langdon.

Licensee Jim Gilson and spokesman for the group said Palmwoods Real Estate had a very successful first full month of operation.

"We’ve contracted 11 properties and sold 1.4 million worth in our first full month," he said.

"I am very happy with the way our team is working and we hope our positive sales trend will continue in the coming months."
