THE Palmwoods Tennis Club will receive a much needed facelift thanks to a grant from the Queensland government.

The Club received the State government’s Minor Facilities Program grant and will upgrade two existing courts to all-weather synpave with the provision of night lighting.

Work has already commenced on the upgrade.

"It won’t be long until current, past and future players will be able to take advantage of the modern tennis courts," President Graham Mulrooney said.
