Canine know-how

DOG trainer Cora Hawthorn and friend Zak the dog recently visited the Palmwoods Community Kindergarten and Pre-School where they were enthusiastically welcomed by the children.

The aim of the visit was to educate children about the correct ways to approach dogs and to "ask before you pat".

Director Lesley McGrath said the children had thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
