Charity concert

A SPECIAL concert will be held at St Mark’s Anglican Church, Buderim, to raise money for the Maroochydore Alzheimer’s Support Group.

Friends of the Classics will present Serenades of Spring, featuring soprano Irma Cordingley, tenor Phil Goldfinch, and former ABC accompanist and Australian Opera Repetiteur Rhonda Vickers.

The program will feature well-known serenades and melodies with a spring connection.

The concert will be held on Sunday, September 7 at 2pm. Tickets are $7, which includes the concert and afternoon tea, and bookings can be made on 5445 4627 or 5444 3605.
