Pet's day out for charity

TAKING the family pooch out for some fun at Pets in the Park will help raise funds for local animal charities this month.

Pets in the Park, held in conjunction with National Pet Week, will support the Sippy Creek animal Refuge, Riding for the Disabled and other local organisations.

The day will include a range of fun activities, including a beach walk and main ring events. Similar activities will be taking place across the country.

There will also be a huge range of pet stalls and displays to help you learn more about your pet.

The ring program beings at 10am. Entry fee is a gold coin per dog, which will go to charity.

Pets in the Park will be held in Cotton Tree Park, Maroochydore on September 28.
