Eudlo school 100th party EVERYTHING is ready for the people of Eudlo to kick-up their heels and celebrate their schools 100th birthday from Friday September 5 to September 7. A family bushdance will start the celebrations on Friday at 7.30pm at the Eudlo Hall. Saturday will be filled with various activities including school performances, a maypole dance and woodcarving displays. The Woombye Lighthorse will be in attendance along with the Sunshine Coast Antique Car Club which is planning a celebratory rally. A CWA cooking competition, fence painting and decorated bike contest are also planned. A highlight of the celebrations will be a roll call of past and present students. Registration for the roll call will commence from 10am on Saturday, September 6. Souvenirs will be on sale along with food, plant and cake stalls and children will be able to enjoy fun activities such as the jumping castle, merry-go-round and video games. A centenary dinner will be held on Saturday night, commencing at 5pm for a cost of $20 and bookings are essential as seats are limited. To conclude the weekend, an Ecumenical service will be held at the school on Sunday morning at 11am.
