Local kids to cut loose

PALMWOODS teenagers can join with young people across the Maroochy Shire this month for the Cut Loose holiday activities program.

Cut Loose is an initiative of Maroochy Shire Council which encourages young people to create, participate and communicate through a broad range of exciting activities.

Aimed at young people aged between 12 and 17, Cut Loose will run until January 23, 1998.

Some of the activities planned include abseiling, canoeing, rock climbing, circus skills, drama and painting workshops, surfing, archery and skateboard skills.

Cut Loose activities will be taking place in Palmwoods, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Nambour, Yandina, Bli Bli, Eudlo, Kenilworth, Buderim, Coolum and Alexandra Headland.
