Singers rehearse for June

The Palmwoods Singers Easter Parade performance was thoroughly enjoyed by all, with rehearsals now underway for the June 14-15 concert.

The concert, involving all age groups from 5 to 70, will take the audience to many different countries around the globe.

With 40 children and 12 adults performing in the concert, Mary Juratowitch is busy making the costumes and is pleased to receive a helping hand from the children’s mothers.

The concert will be held at the Palmwoods Memorial Hall on Sunday June 14 at 2pm. Admission is $6.

The Palmwoods Singers will also perform the concert for the retirement village residents and special groups on Monday June 15, with morning tea at 9.30 am, show starting at 10.30. Donations welcome.
