Dentist for Palmwoods
David Marley, who graduated from the renowned University of Newcastle on Tyne school of dentistry in 1973, will open a practice at the end of the arcade on the top level of Kolora Place, this month. Dr Marley, who has been in general practice for the past 24 years, is experienced in all aspects of dentistry and has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge work and periodontal (gum) work. He arrived in Australia from England with his wife Elaine and three children, Roger, Krystal and Caroline six months ago and has already established a practice at Beerwah. The Marleys have now bought in the Palmwoods area and plan to build and settle in the district, with their children attending a local school. Dr Marley said he would be offering a gentle and caring service while using the best of modern technology and materials. "You can have the best equipment in the world, but the most important thing will still be to take the time to look after people properly," he said. The Palmwoods practice will initially open part-time each week, with hours to increase as demand grows. "Our aim is to provide a comprehensive dental service to the Palmwoods area," Dr Marley said. |
