Family Fair fun at Woombye School

THE Woombye State School’s annual Family Fair is coming up on Friday, September 4, from 5pm and promises to provide plenty of entertainment for all the family.

There will be plenty of menu choices for dinner and a bar will be operating from 6pm to 9pm. A highlight will be the major auction at 6.30pm with plenty of bargains to be had by the most eager bidders.

Stalls will offer bargain priced home-made goodies such as cakes, sweets, jams, chutneys, pickles and other preserves. There will also be crafts and a pre-loved toys, clothes and books stall.

For the first time, the night will be rounded off with a big fireworks display this year.
