TAEKWON-DO classes are an excellent way of keeping fit in mind and body and also teach self-defence according to Rocky Rounthwaite.

Children, men and women of all ages can benefit from taekwon-do.which boasts a strong philosophical base which focuses on manners, power of concentration, self control, self discipline, perseverance, physical fitness/well being and self defence. Taekwon-do has also been attributed to aiding difficulties in children and has a strict drugs free policy and is very ethically focused.

The Bai Rui taekwon-do classes at Eudlo are part of the International Taekwon-do organisation. Trish and Rocky Rounthwaite have been running Bai Rui on the Coast for the past four years and the Eudlo club is part of 60 clubs run through Australia.

Classes are held at the Eudlo State School.
