On the Edge
with Pastor Chas Gullo

MANY people face tragedy every day. People lose their job, relationship fail, sickness, fail an exam, car accident, a loved one dies, bad news, domestic violence, and one of the most common and devastating - sexual abuse - even from people who should know better - life can seem to be crumbling down and who is there to support you?

A very wise and famous king King David said even though my parents forsake me - God you are there. Your friends, family, government, bosses will let you down even though they have no intention of doing so. But the promise of God the creator is that he will never leave or forsake you. Just as the air surrounds you every where you go - God also surrounds you. No God is not creation - he is the creator - the Intelligence behind this beautiful world and universe. He said be anxious for nothing but talking to him about your problem his peace will invade your mind and emotions. The creator wants us to trust him in that he will see you through your problem, he will help you through them. With his help, problems will cause us to rise up in character and strength, not in anger and if we take hold of our creator’s principles of life, he will see you through.

God loves every one of his creations and often he uses the tragedies in your life to get your attention so that you might turn to him and find real life. My marriage and fathering was falling apart when I called out to God to help me, and God did intervene and begin to direct my life towards a marriage placed on his principle and parenting according to his wisdom. Try God, He is only a simple prayer away - then begin to see coincidences unfold and look for the creator god factor in each answer. If you have never turned to your creator for help I would encourage you to try and see what god can do for you.
