Christian College

MARION Cargill, a year 8 student from Sunshine Coast Christian Outreach College at Woombye, has won the Rostrum Voice of Youth 1999 Sunshine Coast Junior Competition.

The competition is aimed at developing communication skills of the youth of Australia and provides the opportunity for future leaders to practice their public speaking skills and for the community to recognise those with outstanding ability. Marion will advance to the State semis in May.
