Woombye set to open Thursday market

THURSDAYS may mean many things to different people, for some it’s pay day, for some it’s social security day and for some shopping day - soon it will mean market day.

The Woombye School of Arts is currently in the process of establishing a new initiative whereby interested parties can sell their homemade wares at the soon to be established Thursday markets. Everything from jewellery and jams through to clothing and giftware can be sold at the markets due to start trading around May.

President of the Woombye School of Arts, Bob Wade is looking for input from interested parties and can be contacted on 54421181.
