Phyllis passed away on Good Friday, April 2. For many many years Phyllis had been a dedicated volunteer of the Woombye Community Library. She was regularly the librarian on duty at the front desk, always willing and able to answer borrowers queries regarding books on the shelves. Behind the scenes Phyllis was an able and willing worker when new books arrived and had to be processed before being shelved for the borrowers. Phyllis Segal, a quiet and reserved lady, will be sorely missed by the volunteer staff of the library in Woombye and their sympathy is extended to her daughter Glen Sheahan and the family of Winston Road, Palmwoods.
