Aussie Rules Club seeks young players


The Nambour Hinterland Junior Aussie Football Club Under 10s
are training for a fun and competitive season

THE Nambour Hinterland Junior Aussie Football Club is seeking more players to join in the fun and fitness involved in playing Aussie Rules.

Established for three years the club has three divisions, the under eights, under 10 and under 14s. - Players come from the Nambour, Blackall Range and Palmwoods/Woombye area.

They train at the Nambour Aussie Rules Club in Jubilee Drive Palmwoods on Thursday afternoons from 4.30 to 5.30 and play on Sunday mornings from 9am.

President John Molloy says that the club is very family oriented with lots of social afternoons and home games.

"The teams travel all throughout the Sunshine Coast for Sunday fixtures making it a good day out for the whole family."

Girls and boys from grade one age upwards are encouraged to come along and enjoy the healthy competition and develop ball skills.
