DID you know that swimming is one of the best forms of exercise that you can do for
your health?
Top athletes and football sport clubs have realised the benefits of exercising in
swimming pools and have incorporated this sport into their training programes.

Swimming is a good all round exercise for training and exercises most muscles in the
body.
It aids in the recovery of sports injuries because of the non load bearing training it

The pool now has six lifeguards fully trained in oxyviva resuscitation CPR and spinal
management.
