Stage 2 set to start

Lyn Purssel

by Joanna Jones

JUNE will see the release of stage two of 22 blocks of land at Kolora Park. With only four blocks left to sell from stage one, and eight options already on stage two, Kolora Park is proving a popular place to buy.

Marketing agent Lyn Purssell from First National Maroochydore, said that people could put a hold on a block of their choice without paying a deposit or signing a contract.

All land is sized between 700 and 900 square metres and is situated adjacent to the popular Kolora Park in Palmwoods.

In addition to the land there are three finished homes for sale, all with ensuites, starting from $132,500. Of the 13 original completed homes for sale, 10 are now sold and occupied.

"Kolora Park is a new residential estate for people who lean towards a country lifestyle but don’t have the many hours needed to maintain an acreage property," Ms Purssell said.

The estate is within walking distance of the Palmwoods town centre, the bowls club and the railway station.

"Kolora Park Estate features individually designed homes, some with a country brick and timber theme and some conventional brick and tiled low-set easy living designs."

The display homes are open for inspection every Saturday and Sunday between 2pm and 4pm.
