Introduction page - Internet resources Sunshine Coast WWW Resources:
   Regional overviews and lists

Ausnetwork Sunshine Coast - http://www.ausnetwork.com/
Announcing itself as "An Official Sunshine Coast Information Site", this commercial site has a strong tourism and business focus. The "Maroochy Tourism and Travel" section looks like being a highlight. Probably the best site of its kind at the moment, it is developing rapidly and is definitely one to keep revisiting. However, technical tricks and large graphics may frustrate users with slow connections, and the "official" claim may annoy other tourist-oriented sites.

Cooloola Region Home Page - http://www.cooloola.org.au/
Covering the Cooloola & Kilkivan shires, this attractive, well-organised site is produced by the Cooloola Regional Development Bureau. Highlights include a Calendar of Events, instructions for tourist loop road tours, and details of community organisations and businesses.

Sunzine - http://www.sunzine.net/suncoast/welcome.html
A very polished site with good use of frames, and quite graphics-intensive.  Shows a strong tourism and business orientation focused on the coastal strip. The sections covering accommodation and tourist attractions include only advertisers.

Sunshine Coast Web Sites - http://goan.com/coast.html
Produced by Contract Internet Services of Noosa Heads, this is recognised as THE list of Sunshine Coast web sites. Links lead to several other resource lists covering Australian and international sites. The busy people at Noosa also publish the following:
Sunshine Coast Fishing Guide - http://goan.com/fish.html
Sunshine Coast Surf Report - http://goan.com/surf.html

Sunlink - http://www.babe.net.au/artinfo/central.htm
Regular updating and a logical arrangement in ten categories mean this site could knock the above resource off its perch as a starting point for WWW resources - though of course Suncoast Online will do its best to keep up and give you the best wrapup of the sites worth looking at.
Definitely a site to add to your "bookmarks" or "favorites" as the case may be.
